Anxiety

Bi-Polar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is a mental disease that causes a person’s mood, energy, and ability to think rationally to change dramatically. Bipolar persons have high and low moods, known as mania and depression, that are different from the normal ups and downs that other people have.
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is characterized by a pattern of unwanted thoughts and worries (obsessions) that cause you to engage in repetitive actions (compulsions). Obsessions and compulsions create substantial suffering and interfere with daily tasks.
Panic Disorder
It’s normal to feel nervous before a big event or anything beyond of your control, but people with panic disorder might have abrupt, acute panic attacks that appear to come out of nowhere. People who have panic episodes become physically and psychologically tired.
PTSD
People who have encountered or seen a traumatic incident such as a natural catastrophe, a major accident, a terrorist attack, war/combat, or rape, or who have been threatened with death, sexual assault, or significant injury, may develop posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep condition that affects many people. You may have difficulties getting asleep, staying asleep, or both if you have it. As a result, you may obtain little sleep or sleep of poor quality. When you wake up, you might not feel refreshed.
